An October Twenty gift card is digital, it is delivered by email, and it is treated as money. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. What a gift card is

A gift card is a code holding a value in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). It can be used at checkout on octobertwenty.shop against anything we sell. Cards are sold in fixed amounts of 5, 20, 30 and 50 KWD.

2. How it reaches you

The card is emailed to the address entered at checkout, either to you to pass on yourself, or straight to the person receiving it. Nothing is posted or hand delivered.

If the email has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then message us on WhatsApp and we will send it again.

Because a gift card is digital, no delivery fee is charged on it. A gift card does not count toward the free-delivery threshold either, which applies to flowers only.

3. Using it

• Enter the code at checkout and the value comes off the order total.
• A card can be used across several orders until the balance runs out.
• If an order costs more than the balance, pay the difference with any method at checkout.
• A gift card can be used together with a discount code.
• A gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card.
• Gift cards are in KWD and can be used only at octobertwenty.shop.

4. Expiry

October Twenty gift cards do not expire. The balance stays on the card until it is used.

5. Refunds

An unused gift card can be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of its value has been spent. After 14 days, or once any part of the card has been used, the card cannot be refunded.

A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Anything bought with a gift card is covered by our Refund Policy in the normal way. Where that policy leads to a refund, the value returns to the gift card as balance rather than as cash.

6. Lost or shared codes

Treat the code like cash: whoever holds it can spend it. We can send a card again to the email address it was originally sent to, but we cannot replace value that has already been spent, and we cannot recover a code that has been forwarded to the wrong person.

7. Misuse

We may cancel a gift card, and any balance remaining on it, where the card was obtained fraudulently, was bought with a payment that was later reversed or charged back, or is being resold.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and nothing in them removes any right you have under Kuwaiti consumer protection law. We may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect when they are posted.
