Shipping policy

October Twenty Flowers is an online flower shop. Orders are placed on the website at any time; arrangements are made fresh, to order, and delivered across all areas of Kuwait, 7 days a week.

Delivery fee

3 KWD anywhere in Kuwait — and free on orders of 45 KWD or more.

Delivery timing

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the same-day cutoff shown on the website; orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day. Early orders can arrive in as little as 3 hours. Delivery times are estimates — we always do our best, but exact times cannot be guaranteed during peak occasions (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Eid).

Delivery process

Our driver calls the recipient before arriving. We never leave flowers unattended at a door. If the recipient cannot be reached or is unavailable, we contact the sender; the flowers are held in water and redelivery is arranged — a second delivery fee may apply.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because the details provided were wrong or the recipient refuses the delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund is due; we will still try to arrange redelivery for a fee.
