Welcome to October Twenty Flowers. By using octobertwenty.shop and our services you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

October Twenty Flowers is an online flower shop operating from Salmiya, Kuwait. Orders are taken exclusively online, around the clock; there are no walk-in retail hours. Contact: hello@octobertwenty.shop · WhatsApp +965 9954 8711.

2. Orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of all order details: products, card message text, delivery address and phone numbers. The order confirmation email acknowledges your order; acceptance happens when we begin preparing it. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion (for example, if an item is unavailable or an address is outside our delivery area). All products are subject to daily market availability — if something is unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative or refund the difference.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable charges except delivery, which is shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order through the methods shown at checkout (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby).

4. Cash gift service

Our cash gift ("Money Bouquet") service arranges customer-provided funds with a flower order for presentation to the recipient. The cash amount belongs to the customer and recipient at all times; October Twenty acts only as the preparer and courier of it.

The amount you choose is delivered in full to the recipient — we do not deduct anything from the gift itself.

A service and handling fee of 20% of the cash gift applies. It covers withdrawing, preparing, securing and delivering the cash alongside your arrangement. The fee is the same whichever payment method you use; we do not charge more for any card, wallet or pay-later option. The exact fee is shown to you, as its own line and in Kuwaiti dinars, before you complete your order.

Cash gifts are limited to 200 KWD per order and must be ordered together with a flower arrangement, with a minimum arrangement value that increases with the size of the gift. For a larger gift, please contact us.

Cash-gift orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the customer or an unreachable recipient, though we will always try to complete the delivery.

6. Substitutions

We may substitute stems or materials of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement, as availability requires.

7. Returns and refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable; all sales are final. Issues are handled under our Refund Policy (24-hour window, photo required).

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (weather, road closures, restrictions, and similar).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — photography, text, designs and branding — belongs to October Twenty Flowers and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means acceptance.
