Return and Refund Policy

At October 20 Flowers, we take great pride in the quality of our flowers and the service we provide. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1. Returns and Replacements

a. Fresh Flowers and Arrangements

- Quality Issues: If you receive flowers that are damaged or of poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the product to better understand the issue. 

- Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong flowers, please let us know within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct flowers to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

- Color Variations: Please note that flower colors may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and natural variations. We do not offer returns or replacements based on minor color differences.


b. Non-Perishable Products

- If you purchase non-perishable items such as vases, accessories, or gift items, and they arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or return.


2. Refunds

- Fresh Flowers and Arrangements: If we are unable to replace your flowers or if you prefer a refund, we will process a full or partial refund based on the situation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- Non-Perishable Products: For non-perishable items, refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • In case a customer would like to cancel the order after the order has been prepared, we are entitled to withhold 15% of the total amount of the order excluding the delivery fee.
